1. Overview

StageSnap ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use data through our platform, stagesnap.app, and our commitment to not selling your personal information.

2. Information Collection

• Account Data: We use Clerk.io to manage user authentication. We collect your email address and basic profile data to create your account and ensure you can access your digital purchases.
• Transaction Data: Payments are handled via Clover Hosted Checkout. While we receive a confirmation of payment to unlock your digital files, we do not see or store your credit card number.
• Storage: All images and files are securely stored via Cloudflare R2 and served through Vercel.

3. Data Sharing

• With Organizations: When you purchase a gallery, the Organization (the seller) is provided with your email address to fulfill the contract of sale and provide customer support.
• Service Providers: We share data with infrastructure partners (Clerk, Clover, Vercel, Cloudflare) only as necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers.

4. Communications and Receipts

Transaction-related emails, including sales receipts, are generated by Clover. Account-related notifications (such as password resets) are generated via Clerk.io. By using the platform, you consent to receive these essential service communications.

5. Children’s Privacy

The responsibility for obtaining parental consent for the display of minor performers rests entirely with the uploading Organization. StageSnap does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
