1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between StageSnap ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and all users, including performance organizations ("Organizations") and audiences ("Fans"), of the website stagesnap.app. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

2. The Facilitator Model

StageSnap provides the technical infrastructure that allows Organizations to showcase and sell digital media.

  • Not the Merchant: StageSnap is a software facilitator and is NOT the Merchant of Record.
  • Contract of Sale: Every purchase made is a direct contract between the Fan (buyer) and the Organization (seller).
  • Liability: StageSnap does not own the content, nor do we set the prices. All commercial responsibility for the transaction rests with the Organization.

3. Payment Processing & Receipts

  • Clover Hosted Checkout: We utilize Clover for secure payment processing. When you initiate a purchase, you are redirected to a secure Clover Hosted Checkout page. StageSnap never accesses, stores, or processes your raw credit card information.
  • Transaction Receipts: Upon completion of a purchase, your official sales receipt will be issued and delivered directly by Clover on behalf of the Organization.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

Organizations are solely responsible for the content they upload. The Organization warrants that it holds all necessary copyrights and has obtained model releases for all performers (including parental consent for minors). StageSnap assumes no responsibility for unauthorized content or lack of proper permissions.

5. Account Security

We use Clerk.io for secure authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. StageSnap is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
