1. Digital Goods Policy
StageSnap provides a platform for the sale of digital, intangible goods (watermarked photos and high-resolution ZIP files). Because these products are delivered digitally and are available for immediate download or viewing upon purchase, all sales are final.
2. No Refunds
Once a gallery has been unlocked or a high-resolution file has been downloaded, StageSnap and the participating Organizations do not offer refunds. We encourage all Fans to review the watermarked previews carefully before completing a purchase.
3. Merchant of Record & Disputes
StageSnap is a technical facilitator and does not hold the funds for your purchase. The Organization from which you purchased the media is the Merchant of Record.
- Direct Disputes: Any requests for refunds or disputes regarding the quality of the photos or missing files must be directed to the specific Organization that sold the content.
- Refund Authority: Only the Organization has the authority to issue a refund through their Clover merchant account.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing your purchased files, please contact us at support@stagesnap.app with your Clover receipt details. We will work with the Organization to ensure your digital access is restored.
5. Statutory Rights
This policy is intended to be consistent with the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. If a digital file is technically corrupt or defective, the Organization is responsible for providing a non-defective replacement.
